Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 65 years criteria Anesthesia grade 1 and 2 according to ASA (American society Anesthesia) Candidates for elective surgery and Require general anesthesia with atomiditis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergy to the Etomidate Allergy to the Metocloramide Allergy to the Ondansetrone
