Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:All patients requiring tracheal intubation for more than 14 days. Exclusion criteria : emergency tracheostomy; anterior cervical infection, enlargement of the thyroid gland; coagulation disorders, age younger than 18
