40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women over 40 (up to 75 years old) Absence of specific gynecological diseases includes no history of breast cancer or other cancers of the reproductive system, severe hormonal diseases affecting the breast (such as prolactinoma), suspected or confirmed breast masses, and no history of major surgery in the breast or reproductive system. Non pregnant Not breastfeeding No history of mammography Lack of education in medical sciences for oneself and one's spouse No history of breast cancer in the family Has at least elementary literacy No history of substance abuse, addiction to drugs, cigarettes, or medication Ability to receive and attend counseling Not participating in another breast cancer counseling program at the same time Consent to participate in the study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Deciding to have a mammogram. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention), at the end of the counseling sessions (end of the intervention), and 3 months after the last counseling session. Method of measurement: Rakowski Stages of Behavior Change Questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Mammography self-efficacy score. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention), at the end of the counseling sessions (end of the intervention), and 3 months after the last counseling session. Method of measurement: Champion Mammography Self-Efficacy Questionnaire.;Women's perception of breast cancer risk. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention), at the end of the counseling sessions (end of the intervention), and 3 months after the last counseling session. Method of measurement: Perception Questionnaire (BCPS).;Breast cancer fear score. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention), at the end of the counseling sessions (end of the intervention), and 3 months after the last counseling session. Method of measurement: Champion Breast Cancer Fear Questionnaire.
