Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes HbA1c<9 At least 30 years old A resident of Yazd Absence of chronic systemic diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Drug and alcohol addiction Special diets Special sports programs Taking insulin Creatinine above 1.2 Pregnancy or breastfeeding Medical reasons (Chronic systemic diseases and mental-psychological diseases)
