Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 35 years 2. Do not use contraceptives or hormone therapy in the three months following case examples will be excluded: (in the following cases endometrial biopsy ban a) 1. pregnancy 2. acute pelvic infections, acute infections of the cervix or vagina 3. coagulation disorders 4. 5. 6. cervical stenosis or severe narrowing of cervical cancer that allow physicians not to use Pipelle. 7. BMI> 35
