Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criterion to the study includes: 1- The bachelor degree in nursing 2- At least one year clinical experience 3- Consent to participate in the study , And the exclusion criterion to the study includes:1- precedent participation in educational work shop or similar educational courses.
