Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: marriage; the age group between 15 to 49 years; not pregnant; not current chronic diseases. Exclusion criteria: unwillingness to cooperate; no participate in training sessions over the two sessions; no participate in the post test.
