Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria Have least grade of reading and writing ; understanding Farsi ; ; having at least three criteria of the criteria for metabolic syndrome with doctor diagnosis ; Having personal satisfaction from participating in this study ; adults older than 20 years and less than 70 years ; The absence or the occurrence of acute physical and mental illness exclusion criteria : Lack of willingness to participate in research ; Lack of training sessions now in different stages of design
