Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: maximum of forty-five years of age, the same anesthesia (general anesthesia) and the average duration of the same surgery. Exclusion criteria: forty-five years of age; spinal anesthesia; acute and chronic use of opioids after surgery; artificial airway; peripheral vascular disease; the need for embedded ostomy; blood transfusion; thyroid disease and diabetes; neurological diseases; muscular, abnormal liver complications include bleeding and hysterectomy is an elective Cesarean.

The first time be hearded a three bowel sound for a minute. Timepoint: Every two hours after surgery be heard. Method of measurement: By stethoscope be heard.;The first time defecation after the surgery. Timepoint: Patients will be asked every two hours. Method of measurement: It is reported by the patient.;The first time flatus after the surgery. Timepoint: Patients will be asked every two hours. Method of measurement: It is reported by the patient.;The first time a patient getting up from bed. Timepoint: Patients will be asked every two hours. Method of measurement: It is reported by the patient.
