The control group, only takes the usual care, including diet recommendations by the medical team according to hospital routine.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: hemodialysis patients older than 18 years/ at least one year on hemodialysis, two or three times a week, each hemodialysis session lasting 3-4 hours. Exclusion criteria: acute or chronic diseases that need for hospitalization, Renal transplantation, Failure to attend one of the training sessions.

Adherence to dietary behavior. Timepoint: Before intervention, Immediately after the intervention, 5 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Renal Adherence Behavior Questionnaire.

Inter Dialytic Weight Gain. Timepoint: Before intervention, Immediately after the intervention, 5 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: balance.;Serum sodium levels. Timepoint: Before intervention, Immediately after the intervention, 5 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Laboratory values.;Blood potassium levels. Timepoint: Before intervention, Immediately after the intervention, 5 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Laboratory values.;The blood phosphorus.
