In control group, wristbands, Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and Gabapentin tablet (300 mg daily) will be administered.

In intervention group besides using wristbands, Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and Gabapentin tablet (300 mg daily), dry needling of bracioradialis muscle' trigger points will be performed.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: having mild to moderate CTS; willingness to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: any history of local injection or surgery related to CTS; radiculopathy; coexisting disease (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, diabetes, and hypothyroidism); severe CTS.
