Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: age 18 to 40 years old; over taken calcium oxalate kidney stone based on diagnosis expert- urine calcium more than 200 mg/dl in woman or more than 250mg/dl in man; lack of digestive diseases and mal absorption ; lack of Urinary tract infection ; Lack of calcium metabolism disorders such as hyperparathyroidism, hyperthyroidism, acromegaly, neoplasia, diabetes exclusion criteria: chang diet during the study; affected by bladder stones; Unwillingness to cooperate; Pregnancy and lactation ; Athlete and stay in hospital ; use of omega3, vaitamins and antioxidants supplements.
