Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: being in older adults, no history of heart surgery, no movement problem, The ability to understand and speak Persian language, at least literacy to speaking and writing, ejection fraction greater than 30% and confirm exercises developed by cardiologists. Exclusion criteria: Patients with arrhythmias and patients experiencing severe chest pain, disaffiliation patients in gathering information.
