Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients with unilateral idiopathic anterior epistaxis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Posterior epistaxis A history of bleeding disorders such as thrombocytopenia, hemophilia and platelet disorders Seizure Arterial or intravenous thrombosis Use of anticoagulants, platelets and aspirin
