Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients with diabetes and grade 3 burn ulcers, according to Wagner classification Exclusion criteria: were bleeding tendency; presences of gangrene; renal failure; systemic disease; pregnancy; epilepsy; photosensivity

MeasureTime frame
Amputation surgery. Timepoint: Before laser therapy, After surgery, After laser therapy, three month after laser therapy. Method of measurement: physician diagnosis.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Size of type 3 burn ulcer. Timepoint: Before laser therapy, After surgery, After laser therapy, three month after laser therapy. Method of measurement: Pictzar software.
