Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients with diabetes and grade 3 burn ulcers, according to Wagner classification Exclusion criteria: were bleeding tendency; presences of gangrene; renal failure; systemic disease; pregnancy; epilepsy; photosensivity
