Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: all opiate addicted patients who were scheduled to undergo elective surgeries with tracheal intubation. Exclusion criteria: hypertension; non elective surgeries; diabetes mellitus; dysautonomia; heart failure; severe hemorrhage; severe hemodynamic instability.
