Inclusion criteria: A lower limb ulcer with an ABI (ankle/brachial index) of four or more
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Osteomyelitis Heart failure Patients undergoing chemotherapy Patients undergoing dialysis Wagner grade IV or V
