Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Residents of oncology Medicine; Working in Teaching Hospitals of Tehran University of Medical Sciences;Exclusion criteria include lack of consent for continuing research and absenteeism in more than half of educational sessions.

Attitude and practice of oncology Medicine in breaking bad news. Timepoint: assessment of practice 2time before and after intervention but attitude assess one time before and one time after practice. Method of measurement: Questioner and Cheklist.
