Inclusion criteria: Inclusion: All patients with breast cancer undergoing modified radical mastectomy ; without a history of allergy to phenytoin ; without comorbodities Exclusion criteria: patients who are not surgical; have a history of comorbidities; have a history of allergy to phenytoin
