Intervention 1: Intervention group: Patients in the intervention group will choose one of three sounds: rain, sea waves, and river, and will listen to them for 20-30 minutes for three consecutive days

Inclusion criteria: Being between 18 and 55 years old Absence of chronic disease Not having hearing problems

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Burns over 30 percent Burns on the face and neck

Anxiety. Timepoint: Before and immediately after the intervention. Method of measurement: Burn anxiety questionnaire.;Pain severity. Timepoint: Visual analog scale. Method of measurement: Immediately after the intervention.;Sleep quality. Timepoint: Before and up to one week after the intervention. Method of measurement: Petersburg sleep quality questionnaire.
