Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 40 years Patient being in stage II or III of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Possession of a smartphone and ability to use its applications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a confirmed and treated mental illness Lack of literacy Having a physical disability
