Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a venous arterial fistula suitable for regional cannulation and rope ladder Age between 18 and 65 years Have a history of at least 3 months of fistula hemodialysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance of the patient to continue attending the study Kidney transplantation
