Intervention 1: Intervention group A: The necessary training will be provided using an educational booklet for the importance of following treatment regimens as face-to-face training for each patient

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 35 to 70 years Access to landline or mobile phone and the ability to use it Reading and writing literacy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of desire to continue participating in research No answering the phone (3 times)
