Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with heart failure for at least 6 months Age between 40 to 70 years Being admitted to the research environment for at least three days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not attending more than one session in training classes Unwillingness to continue participating in the study
