Intervention 1: 1 tab placebo,1hour before surgery. Intervention 2: 1 tab tramadol 50 mg ,1hour before surgery. Intervention 3: 1 tab Clonidine 0/2 mg,1 hour before surgery.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion: male 20 to 60 years old with Ingoinal hernia, varicocele anh hydrocele surgery. Exclusion: siezure ,addiction to drug. Hypertention.diabete melitus. Time of surgery more than 2 hours,cardiovascular disease,psychologic disorders,allergy to clonidine or tramadol.
