Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Midwives' Inclusion criteria were: be written informed consent to participate in research? In the last 6 months did not experience major stressful event? Has a bachelor's degree in Midwifery? Not using drugs affecting the psyche? To be served as a midwife at the hospital at least for 6 months? Did not previously received stress management training? Do not see psychiatrist In the last 6 months? Do not be retired by the end of the study? Did not not experience any conflict with colleagues or staff in the last six months . Midwives' Exclusion criteria were: does not willing to attend the research any more? Experienced a stressful event during the study? Participate in another training program in this field during the research? Being transferred to another ward or hospital? Do not attend the training more that two hours? Do not attend the pre-test or post-test? Visit psychiatrist during the study Mothers' Inclusion criteria: Singleton? Cephalic Presentation? Term and without anomalies Mothers' Exclusion criteria: Second stage of labor was more than two hours? Non-working mothers? Cesarean delivery and Fetal distress during labor
