Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 45-25 years old First Class or Second Classification of American Antibiotics Specialists (ASA) Umbilical submucosal mummies Hysteroscopic myomectomy candidate Immediately after menstruation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnostic hysteroscopy Operative hysteroscopy for endometrial resection or removal of uterine pollen Abdominal myomectomy Uterus myoma (uterus older than 12 weeks of gestation) and sub-serous mummies Uterine prolapse Pelvic inflammation Systemic diseases (cardio, pulmonary, renal, hematolic, coagulation, etc.) Mental illness
