Intervention 1: Intervention Group 1: Mindfulness based eating awareness Training (MB-EAT), 8 weekly sessions, 2 hours each session, 8-15 persona in each group. Intervention 2: Intervention Group 2: C

Intervention Group 1: Mindfulness based eating awareness Training (MB-EAT), 8 weekly sessions, 2 hours each session, 8-15 persona in each group
Intervention Group 2: Cognitive reappraisal Training, 8 weekly sessions, 2 hours each session, 8-15 persona in each group
Control Group: No intervention during study, and after end of the study will receive same intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) female 2) age range 18-45 years old 3) educational degree: high school degree or above. 4) not receiving current treatment (psychological or medical) for her weight 5)agreed to participate in intervention program and follow-up measurements 6) have enough time for participate in program 7) agreed to not engage in another weight loss treatment (whether medication or other) during program 8) BMI between 25-40 Exclusion criteria: 1) current attendance in weight loss programs, use appetite suppressant medications, weight loss medications or hormone replacement therapy currently; 2)have no current diagnosis for major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorder, alcohol or drug dependency, or epilepsy 3) medical illnesses that effect on eating behavior, weight or metabolism (hypertension, diabetes, thyroid problems) 4) current psychological treatment or taking psychiatric medications 5) taking psychoactive drugs 6) history of eating disorder, weight loss-related surgeries 7) pregnant and lactating women 8)prior experience with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or current meditation or yoga practice
