Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who are diagnosed with COPD. Diagnosis is based on FEV1/FVC ratio less than 0.7.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to garlic Patients who need surgery Pregnant and lactating patients Cancer patients Patients with thyroid malignancy Asthma Patients who take anticoagulant drugs AIDS patients
