Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All triage nurses of general hospitals in Kermanshah are eligible to enter the study. Inclusion: All nurses who are currently working in triage in 3 selected general hospitals of Kermanshah Exclusion criteria: if a new nurse was added to triage staff, with prior history of participating in workshop of ESI. v4 triage. will be excluded.
