Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The age of the patient is between 18 and 85 years; The reason for admission to the intensive care unit is head trauma; The patient or his first degree relatives have signed the consent form knowingly and freely; Glasgow coma scale is 8 and above; Less than 48 hours have passed since the loss of consciousness secondary to traumatic brain injury; There is no prohibition to receive oral medications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy; Lactation; Not being hemodynamically and metabolically stable and needing to receive vasoactive drugs; History of any type of disease or autoimmune disorders; History of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the past month; History of any liver failure; Active bleeding; History of known Curcumin allergy.
