Interventions

Intervention 1: Group 2 (Control): Hot sterilization with autoclave in STP on 5 American Orthodontics wires and engage the wires in the mouth of patients for 1 month. Intervention 2: Group 1 (Control)
Group 2 (Control): Hot sterilization with autoclave in STP on 5 American Orthodontics wires and engage the wires in the mouth of patients for 1 month
Group 1 (Control): Hot sterilization with autoclave in STP on 5 Orthoorganizers wires and engage the wires in the mouth of patients for 1 month
Group 5 (Intervention): Cold sterilization with 2.45% Glutaraldehyde for 10 hours on 5 Orthoorganizers wires and engage the wires in the mouth of patients for 1 month
Group 3 (Control): Hot sterilization with autoclave in STP on 5 SIA wires and engage the wires in the mouth of patients for 1 month
Group 4 (Control): Hot sterilization with autoclave in STP on 5 Gestenco wires and engage the wires in the mouth of patients for 1 month
Group 6 (Intervention): Cold sterilization with 2.45% Glutaraldehyde for 10 hours on 5 AMERICAN oRTHODONTICS wires and engage the wires in the mouth of patients for 1 month
Group 7 (Intervention): Cold sterilization with 2.45% Glutaraldehyde for 10 hours on 5 SIA wires and engage the wires in the mouth of patients for 1 month
Group 8 (Intervention): Cold sterilization with 2.45% Glutaraldehyde for 10 hours on 5 Gestenco wires and engage the wires in the mouth of patients for 1 month

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Need for the wires under study in the treatment procedures of the patient; Patient’s oral hygiene at a proper level; Absence of any specific oral habit Exclusion criteria: Absence of standard oral hygiene; Bracket debonding in the anterior region; Wire deformation during the study period
