Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Having Diabetes passing at least two months from the diagnosis? no acute complication during the study? literacy? physical ability to participate in training sessions? tests and consent. Exclusion criteria: acute complications during research? migration? lack of consent to continue to work and missing training sessions.
