Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were: Young male soccer players; age between 15-18 years; regular engagement in competitive soccer training in the past 3 years. Exclusion criteria was: Subjects with any musculoskeletal injuries or inflammatory diseases.
