30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: elective Coronary Artery Bypass Graft requiring; American association of anesthesiologist class 2 and 3; age between 30 to 70 years old . exclusion ceraiteria: Emergency surgery; a history of cardiac surgery; a history of receiving medication with antiplatelet agents; a left ventricular ejection fraction less than 20%; preoperative renal dysfunction ; preoperative hepatic dysfunction; preoperative electrolyte imbalance; Inability to return for follow-up visits; premature mortality; neurological complications; and use of intra-aortic balloon pump.
