Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First pregnancy Gestational age in 20_24 week Score of general health test below 24 Score of self efficacy test 112 or lower Having consent to enter in intervention Age of mother between 18 to 35 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having special diseases before pregnancy such as mental and psychological and physical diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart diseases, vascular diseases, lung diseases, kidney diseases and other special diseases that need more care during pregnancy period, Having special elements that limit vaginal delivery such as placenta previa, gestational diabetes, high blood pressure, preclamcia, cerclage, Hematoma behind the placenta
