Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Access to a smartphone Mothers who delivered between 38 and 42 weeks of gestation Singleton pregnancy Low-risk (uncomplicated) delivery Women without chronic diseases and with infants without medical problems Willingness to participate Ability to understand and respond to the study questions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe psychological disorders Acute medical conditions Neonatal complications High-risk deliveries Neonatal death Women who develop postpartum complications Unwillingness to continue participation
