Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Desiring to participate in the study; Not participating in the education courses of control obesity; Being overweight (BMI 29 / 9-25) or obese (BMI of 39 / 9-30); Having a minimum level of literacy; Being healthy in terms of listening and speaking; The absence of metabolic diseases related to obesity such as hypothyroidism Exclusion criteria: Not completing the research tools in each of the second and third stages of data collection; The absence of training sessions; Not wanting to continue research
