Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: midwives inclusioncriteria:formal employment contract and project;trend to participate in research;working in the current part minimum of 6months ago;associate degree or higher. managers of nursing and midwifery inclusion criteria :formal employment contract;trend to participate in research;bachelors degree or higher;working in the present post at least one year before;lack of managerial skills training programs spending through the past year.exclusion criteria for midwives:cancel subjects participaiting in reseach?move to another part.exclusion criteria for managers:absence in half sessions of managerial skills training.
