Intervention 1: in this study patients with nail psoriasis after 3 hour application of close bandage of aminolevulenic acid 13% on nail lesions,will under phototherapy with red light with 630 nanomete
Treatment - Drugs
in this study patients with nail psoriasis after 3 hour application of close bandage of aminolevulenic acid 13% on nail lesions,will under phototherapy with red light with 630 nanometer of wavelength
nail lesions of ipsilateral limb will be the control lesions and clobetasol propionate 0.05% ointment will be apply for them once daily.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: psoriasis nail lesions of fingers or toes which diagnosed by a dermatologist by clinical features or nail biopsy; not using of any systemic treatment in 3 past months; not using of any topical treatment in 1 last month(except of emollients); lack of photosensitivity disorders exclusion criteria: pregnancy or breast feeding patients with current systemic or topical treatments
