Interventions

Intervention 1: Case group: The aqueous extract and powder of Red and white bahman(salvia hematodes and centurea behen) prescribe in 500 mg capsuls to40 patients of case group twice a day
Treatment - Drugs
Case group: The aqueous extract and powder of Red and white bahman(salvia hematodes and centurea behen) prescribe in 500 mg capsuls to40 patients of case group twice a day for 3 month
Control group: starch prescibe in 500 mg capsules for 40 patients of control group as a placebo twice a day for 3 month

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria;all idiopathic oligospermic patient in range of 20 to 45 yeras old and sperm count under 20 million per milliliter;No taking chemical or herbal medicine effective on sperm genesis for 3 month( like Hormonal drug ,antidepressant ,anti hypertension,cimetidine, ciproteron, sulphasalazin, flutamide, spirinolacton, esterogen,opium;No Varicocel and Obstructive disease;No leukocytospermia;Exclusion Criteria;Taking chemical or herbal medicine effective on spermatogenesis (hormonal and sperm reducing and increasing agent); leukocytospermia;varicocell; Increasing BMI over than 30
