Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lack of experience in communication skills training courses Earn at least 30 scores from the Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN) Knowing the computer and the internet At the preparatory level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to follow up virtual training more than once Unwillingness to continue participating in the study Absence in workshop Sessiones
