Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: documented diagnosis of myocardial infarction diagnosis by a physician, the risk of first myocardial infarction; CPR failed on arrival at the emergency; spend the second day after admission in the CCU; being aware of the time and the place and the people, not being mental retardation, blindness and deafness, age between 25 and 85 years, having no pain at the time of interview and questionnaire, patient signed informed consent to participate in the study, the ability of speaking Persian or Turkish, anxiety questionnaire score more than 20 Spiel Burger, Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of more than 5, no underlying disease other than hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol and lack of active disease based on specialist psychiatric diagnosis .exclusion criteria: patient 's non-compliance or deviation or death from any cause during his Research, CPR him in the CCU during the study, sedative drugs without a prescription during the study, the risk of heart arrhythmia, ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia and cardiogenic shock at the time of the intervention, patients who for any reason are not able to work together to implement the procedure, patients who for any reason can not reach the necessary skills in jaw relaxation
