Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: gestational age of 28-37 weeks With distress syndrome Fraction of inspired oxygen>40 Require treatment with surfactant in less than 24 hours after birth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: APGAR score<5 Suffering from any congenital disease
