Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of primary or recurrent Allergic Fungal Rhinosinusitis Informed consent to participate in the study Age 18 to 60 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindication to omalizumab Diagnosis of secondary rhinosinusitis (due to immunodeficiency, genetic disorders, etc)
