Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of primary or recurrent Allergic Fungal Rhinosinusitis Informed consent to participate in the study Age 18 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindication to omalizumab Diagnosis of secondary rhinosinusitis (due to immunodeficiency, genetic disorders, etc)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Recurrence of sinusitis. Timepoint: 1, 2, 3 and 6 months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Sinus anoscopy.;Severity of nasal symptoms (nasal congestion, nasal discharge, sneezing, headache, snoring, and decreased sense of smell). Timepoint: 1, 2, 3 and 6 months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: With 10-degree visual analog scale (VAS).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Quality of life related to sinusitis. Timepoint: 1, 2, 3 and 6 months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Assessment with the SNOT-22 scale.
