Inclusion criteria: Pre-hospital emergency personnel in Arak city Have at least one year of work experience Moderate to severe anxiety and stress Having the qualifications to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of taking sedatives Impaired sense of smell Allergy to plant odors Having asthma

Method of measurement: With the HSE Job Stress Questionnaire.;Change in the severity of participants' job anxiety. Timepoint: Before starting treatment and one month after starting treatment.
