Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: IPSS = 8 PSA 30 cc

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of treatment with anticholinergic drugs in the past month Having a urinary tract infection History of prostate surgery Having neurological disorders such as Parkinson's or stroke

Changes in urinary symptoms. Timepoint: Before treatment and 3 months after treatment. Method of measurement: IPSS Urinary Function Questionnaire.;Changes in patients' sexual function. Timepoint: Before treatment and 3 months after treatment. Method of measurement: With the IIEF sexual function questionnaire.
