Intervention 1: Intervention group: They will undergo transforaminal epidural injection with ozone. the patient will be asked to lie in a lateral recumbent position with fully-flexed hip and knee join

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Radicular pain for at least 3 months Pain score > 4 with numeric rating scale (NRS) No response of pain to non-invasive treatments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Comorbidity of rheumatic diseases Acute trauma and spinal fracture Malignancy Mental diseases Peripheral neuropathy Crinary and fecal incontinence Chronic systemic infection Hyperthyroidism Favism

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Chronic pain. Timepoint: Before treatment, 24 hours, 1 month and 3 months after treatment. Method of measurement: with transforaminal and Ozone questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Analgesic use. Timepoint: Before treatment, 1 month and 3 months after treatment. Method of measurement: Ask the patient.
