In intervention group, Aloe Vera dressing (Hydro-alcoholic Aloe Vera extract with distilled water) will be used on the wound.
In control group, periodontal dressing (GC-Coe pak , American company) will be used on the wound.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients who need bilateral periodontal flap surgery, not having any systemic disease , inclination to participate , moderate or good oral hygiene after education , not smoking , not having allergy to Aloe Vera Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not want to participate the study, using painkiller for another reason
