Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Healthy nulliparous pregnant women, gestational age between 18 and 28 weeks, not being foreigner, education above diploma. Exclusion criteria: pregnant women who are under psychotherapy, pregnant women who consume antidepressants, anti-anxiety and antipsychotic drugs, women with high-risk pregnancy, women who are taking certain medications.
